- installed heated slate floors throughout kitchen/entertainment areas
- built–in cabinetry allows for storage of TV when not in use;
- installed remote integrated scene control for accent lighting, individual room speakers and entertainment centre
- reconfigured second floor layout to transform existing one bedroom into four private rooms complete with built-in weekend storage units
- converted two full baths into individual rooms to accommodate weekend guests – steam/shower room, powder and double sink room
- upgraded full ensuite for the master bedroom
