vision & challenges:
- combine two, four–level, adjoining condos into one seamless space
design solutions:
- created separate personal and entertainment spaces
- maximized efficiency in entertainment kitchen with solid-surface counters; side by side built in bar fridges; extra deep sink; concealed recycling bins
- designed one of a kind master ensuite with electronic water management system, custom designed sink and tub/shower
- connected new audio–video system throughout expanded space; sub–woofer hidden in central island, under bed, in deck planters and speakers/controls built into walls
- removed concrete wall dividing upper deck space creating a large indoor/outdoor entertainment area with infinity pond
