renovation vision & challenges:
- create a fabulous, open floor plan condo for entertaining
design solutions:
- removed entry/dining room dividing wall to open view to the harbour scene from the moment one enters the condo
- provided continuity throughout with 2200 sf. of 24x24 off–white porcelain floor tiles
- designed open bar to enhance angles of room and focus attention to waterfront view
- used singular, angled piece for bar countertop which also forms top and side of bar with drawer unit for liquor, glasses; wine fridge tucked under counter
- integrated kitchen cabinet alcove for sculpture piece as part of kitchen cabinetry providing connection point to dining room
- replaced incandescent with LED cove lighting in dining room and entry
