- create a sophisticated "Manhattan" loft reflecting the owner's busy cosmopolitan lifestyle
- design an intimate and cozy living/cooking/dining area filled with natural light
design solutions:
- converted the dated galley-style kitchen to an open-concept gourmet centre by removing walls and dropping ceiling to accommodate new lighting;
- installed flush-mounted EnergyStar appliances, flat-surface cook top, low profile hood fan
- installed an integrated central audio/visual system with large flat screen TV on moveable arm in main room
- updated master ensuite with separate shower/steam room; soaker tub; lighting; custom cabinetry
