Rob Capar has successfully achieved the Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC Professional Designations as a Registered Housing Professional (RHP) and Registered Renovation Professional (RRP). maison d'etre design-build inc. has received the designations of Certified Residential Builder (CRB) and Certified Renovator (CR).

Rob is also the instructor for the Home Renovation Planning course offered by Langara College, a leading provider of classroom-based real estate education in the Lower Mainland.
